Personal attention: Our class sizes are small so that every participant can receive personal attention as they learn new management and leadership skills each month. Every participant gets the opportunity to gain feedback and share ideas.
Accountability: Every participant is responsible for implementing a personal action plan as a result of classroom learning. Personal follow up by facilitators and other classroom team members promotes moving solutions from paper to action in the office.
Comprehensive programs: A 12-month curriculum provides education in 24 different management skill sets. Two skills are taught each month so that the participants can implement their action plans within the 30-day period between classroom attendance. By year end, participants have had 48 hours total in management and leadership skills training.

Ongoing support: Learning does not stop because the class does. A participants’ website is available for continuous learning between classroom attendance. A video library in conjunction with practical exercises that can be taught back in the office by participants make learning pervasive.

Solid return on investment: Our curriculum is designed to produce positive, measurable outcomes. Those measurable outcomes are personally shared on a quarterly basis with company leaders by our staff.
