Diversity training has become necessary in a changing climate where the workplace, government, and civic organizations are welcoming new and diverse populations. This one day course empowers individuals on all organizational levels (managers, supervisors, employees) with the skills to effectively function and work in environments that comprise a diverse group. Leaders will learn how to manage across differences and create an atmosphere of teamwork and camaraderie despite race, gender, age, sexual orientation or culture.
